Got the call this morning..."The Chicks Are In"! Got dressed and off we go to Sal's Ol' Timey Feed & Seed. Was hoping for some Comets, maybe tomorrow.
Had a fun time helping open up shop and wheel carts of garden plants and spring flowers and chatting with everyone there. It was sort of like the old time store with checkerboard, pickel barrel and pot bellied stove. Everyone friendly, chatting like long lost friends. I so love the RURAL life! One of the ladies there was talking about Tractor Coops and I mentioned the one I am making out of 1 inch and 1/2 inch PVC that measures 10'x20' with head height of about 5'. So here ya are, the picture of a work in progress.
